Trainings We Love:

Details:

Our team consists of long term independent and hardworking doctors who want to focus on patient care and clinical training and not the burdens of business ownership. Our Providers work anywhere from 15-30 hours a week for a maintainable work life balance. Our benefit packages kick in with a maintained 25 hour work week to support this philosophy. Our appointments range from 30-60 minutes in order to provide comprehensive care to our patients. We are a part cash pay, part insurance based practice in North Portland, Oregon.

Our founder, Dr Lisa Jewell, splits time between seeing patients, supporting staff with training and continuing education and keeping our practice connected with our community. We also have a full time practice manager, front desk staff, and billing coordinator to support all our providers with the administrative side of patient care.

Please look through our website and tell us which service/provider type excites you the most! Our Providers are paid on a per diem basis with bonus structure after the training period is completed. This allows the business to pay our providers at a higher rate per treatment and gives the provider more control over how much they want to work and how much they want to make. This scale is based on experience, skill level and patient retention and ranges from $50,000-$100,000 annual income.

Job Duties:

  • Providing first rate patient care, including active listening, assessment and individualized treatment plans, patient education, email follow up, clinical review and referral paperwork.
  • Maintaining accurate chart notes and billing codes in a timely manner, we use Janeapp for all of our EHR, billing and scheduling.
  • Ability to work independently, open/close the office, take patient payments, reschedule and answer basic insurance questions. While we do have full time front desk coverage some of our providers work an hour or so outside our front desk support hours and are required to check patients in/out.
  • Attend trainings, staff meetings, and occasional community networking events

Additional Benefits:

  • One on one training with our providers in Jewell’s treatment flow and styles as well as ongoing mentorship
  • Annual stipend for approved CE’s
  • Health Insurance or FSA contributions
  • PTO and Holiday pay
