Our office does its best to help you utilize your insurance benefits to its fullest. If you would like to use your benefits we will do a complimentary check of your coverage at your first visit and take time during your appointment to go over your benefits with you. Please give us 2 business days to gather this information before your appointment, as we always prefer to check benefits ahead of time. If you need to be seen before we are able to verify your benefits, please note that we hold your credit card and you will be charged for your treatment in the event that you do not have coverage.
On your first visit please bring a copy of your driver's license and insurance card. If your insurance changes or if you have questions about coverage– just call! We are able to bill some plans as an out-of-network provider, however, some plans don’t have this option. If we bill as an out-of-network provider, your copay or coinsurance costs may be higher.
Please be aware that some plans may not cover our services and that you should always check with your insurance company on their policies. You are ultimately responsible for any charges on your account regardless of your insurance coverage.
Because there are so many insurance plans out there, and because coverage for chiropractic care varies widely, these benefit estimates are based on information provided by you and your insurance company. The amount of insurance coverage is an estimate only and may not reflect what your insurance carrier will actually pay. Each insurance carrier and each plan within that carrier will vary; the only consistency among them is that “quoted benefits are not a guarantee of payment,” and we ask that you understand that you are ultimately responsible for charges incurred.
How do you handle billing?
We have an outside billing service that handles all our claim submissions and corrections. If you have questions about your insurance coverage, billing statements or your balance, please contact Kimmi, our office manager during normal business hours. If further help or clarification is needed we will have our billing specialist reach out to you directly.

We are able to bill all other insurance companies as an Out Of Network provider. We can bill ALL auto insurance companies as long as you have PIP (Personal Injury Protection)

For those of you without chiropractic coverage, we offer a time of service discount to make healthcare an affordable option. Time of service discounts are only available if paid on the date of service.
